What you need
- 6 scampi
- 1 avocado
- paprikas in different colors
- 1/2 lemon
- lettuce
- seasoning oil
Ready, set, go!
Take the avocado pulp and stamp it till you get a nice mash. Add the lemon juice and some diced paprika. Season with black pepper and fleur de sel.
Clean and bake the scampi, season with pepper and salt. Use a kitchen ring to 'sculpt' your avocado mash and put what's left of the diced paprika on top. Add the lettuce and scampi and finish with some seasoning oil. Bon appétit mes amis!
